Japanese Traditional
Shunsai offers a “Washoku” menu using seasonal ingredients with an emphasis on bringing out the natural flavours of each ingredient,
Washoku, traditional Japanese cuisine, was registered in the UNESCO’s Intangible Cultural Heritage in 2013. It includes Kaiseki which is a course that incorporates sushi, sashimi, tempura and other individual dishes.
At Shunsai, through a 7 to 11 course menu which constantly changes to reflect each new season, we hope to offer guests a true Washoku experience.
Please enjoy the traditional Japanese course meal.
